Temelde, zaman ve mekan kavramıyla ilişkili olan coğrafya, sınır, harita, haritalama, hızlı sosyal yaşam içinde yalnızlık ve parçalanma gibi konularla ilgileniyorum. İşlerimde, keskin ve durağan çizilmiş haritalar ve onların tanımlanmış sınırlarına karşın, akışkan kültürlere ve insanlara gönderme yapan enstalasyonlar, videolar ve çizimler kullanıyorum. Kişisel ve kolektif belleğin izini sürerek yaşamın fiziksel ve politik haritasında yol alıyorum.

My main area's of concern are geography and cartography as a means of dealing with issues of borders, isolation, and the compressed and fast social life, which exist in a specific time and space. In my work I use installations, videos and drawings to address the fluidity of cultures and people in contradiction with the rigid and static charting of maps, with their clearly demarcarted borders. The work is the result of tracings depending on collective and personal memories. My work is the journey on the physical as well as the political map.
